Abstract:

Cílem mé diplomové práce je na základě klasických a moderních přístupů zhodnotit finanční výkonnost společnosti PAPCEL, a. s. a navrhnout vhodný systém měření finanční výkonnosti. V první části práce jsou nastíněna teoretická východiska. Druhá část práce je věnována analýze a zhodnocení finanční výkonnosti pomocí tradičních měřítek a vypracování projektu hodnocení finanční výkonnosti s využitím moderních měřítek. Práci uzavírá identifikace generátorů hodnoty s návrhem vhodného systému měření finanční výkonnosti.

Abstract:

The aim of my diploma thesis is to evaluate financial performance rating of the join stock company PAPCEL on the basis of traditional and modern conception and to suggest the suitable system of measuring financial performance rating. Theoretical principles are outlined in the first part of the thesis. The second part is pursued to analyse and performance rating with using traditional conceptions and to create the project of performance rating by means of modern gauges. The work results in the identification of generators value and suggestions of suitable system of measuring financial rating.
