Array CGH and its applications in clinical genetics
Abstract:
Tehcnika array CGH a její využití v klinické genetice. Jednotlivé druhy array CGH. Využití techniky v postnatální, prenatální a preimplantační diagnostice. Tzn. nové přístupy v odhalování příčin mentálních retardací, nově objevené mikrodeleční syndromy, mikrodeleční syndromy jako takové, využití array CGH k detekci aberací v plodové vodě a v jednotlivých buňkách-blastomerách či fibroblastech.
Abstract:
Array CGH and its applications in clinical genetics. Two technology platforms have recently been published: 1) cDNA-based array CGH and 2) genomic DNA-based array CGH(also reffered to as "matrix CGH" and "array CGH").
