Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá spokojeností uživatelů organizace Rozum a cit s poskytovanými službami. Tato nezisková organizace se zabývá doprovázením pěstounských rodin, proto je v práci uvedeno zařazení do legislativy a systém náhradní rodinné péče v ČR. Vzhledem ke zvolenému tématu je popsána podrobně pěstounská péče, proces hledání vhodného pěstouna pro dítě, kdy v návaznosti na to přichází na řadu právě doprovázející organizace a její služby. Dále je v práci popsána spokojenost uživatelů služeb. V druhé části této práce je představena doprovázející organizace Rozum a cit., z. s. vznik, vývoj a služby organizace. Cílem práce bylo zjistit spokojenost uživatelů s vybranými službami organizace. K vyhodnocení kvantitativního výzkumu, který byl uskutečněn pomocí dotazníkového šetření, byly použity jednorozměrné a dvourozměrné analýzy dat. Výzkum byl vyhodnocován v programu IBM SPSS. Výsledky výzkumu by mohly být přínosné pro zkvalitnění služeb samotné organizace.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the satisfaction of users of the organization Rozum a cit with the services provided. This non-profit organization deals with accompanying foster families, therefore the work includes inclusion in the legislation and the system of alternative family care in the Czech republic. With regard to the chosen topic, foster care is described in detail, the process of finding a suitable foster parent for a child, which is followed by the accompanying organization and its services. Furthermore, the work describes the satisfaction of service users. The second part of this work presents the accompanying organization Rozum a cit., z. s., The origin, development and services of the organization. The aim of the work was to find out the satisfaction of users with selected services of the organization. One-dimensional and two-dimensional data analyzes were used to evaluate the quantitative research, which was carried out using a questionnaire survey. The research was evaluated in the IBM SPSS program. The results of the research could be beneficial for improving the services of the organization itself.
