Tato práce pojednává o důležitosti supervize, jako jednoho z preventivních prvků proti syndromu vyhoření. Cílem mé práce bylo zmapovat zkušenosti pracovníků, kteří pravidelně absolvují supervizi a už se ve své kariéře setkali s některým z příznaků syndromu vyhoření. This work deals with the importance of supervision as one of the preventive elements against burnout syndrome. The aim of my work was to map the experience of workers who regularly undergo supervision and have already encountered some of the symptoms of burnout in their careers.
