Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá řízením lidských zdrojů ve firmě Automotive Lighting s.r.o. Zabývá se analýzou firmy z pohledu personální problematiky. Je zaměřena na personální činnost od oznámení volných pracovních pozic, přes přijímací pohovor, mzdový systém, školení až k ukončení pracovního poměru ve firmě ALCZ. Práce se také zabývá možnými návrhy na zlepšení v těchto činnostech.
Abstract:
This thesis is devoted to human resources management Automotive Lighting Ltd company. It deals with the company analysis in terms of personnel issues focused on the personnel work of the notification of job positions through the job interview, the wage system, training to termination of employment in the company ALCZ.
