The formation of home health nursing and palliative care

Abstract:

Anotace Cíl práce: cílem absolventské práce je popsat teoretické poznatky o domácí zdravotní ošetřovatelské a paliativní péči a její přínos pro těžce nemocné a umírající jedince, rodinné příslušníky a společnost. V práci je popsána charakteristika domácí péče a jednotlivých forem, její profit pro klienta, rodinu a pro společnost. Je specifikován okruh osob, kterým může být služba poskytována a důležitost role sociálního pracovníka. Důraz je kladen na propojení s teoriemi, metodami a technikami sociální práce, jako vhodný pro práci s cílovou skupinou byl zvolen přístup zaměřený na člověka vycházející z terapeutického paradigmatu. Pro práci s rodinou byl v této práci zvolen systemický přístup, zaměřený na podporu a zajištění psychosociální pomoci jednotlivých členů rodinného systému. Z pohledu poradenského přístupu byla zmíněna důležitost odborného sociálního poradenství, poradenství pro pozůstalé, sanace rodiny a case managementu. Práce se věnuje i etickému hledisku, oblasti sociální politiky, financování domácí zdravotní ošetřovatelské a paliativní péče a nejdůležitějším oblastem legislativy. Její součástí je zpracování analýzy potřebnosti, která může sloužit jako podklad pro vznik nové služby Domácí ošetřovatelská a paliativní péče pod Charitou Moravská Třebová, působící v regionu Moravskotřebovsko a Jevíčsko. Služba není na všech územích České republiky dostupná, což se jeví jako celospolečenský problém, který je třeba řešit.

Abstract:

Annotation The aim: The aim of the graduate thesis is to describe the theoretical knowledge of home health nursing and palliative care and its benefits for seriously ill and dying individuals, family members and society. The thesis describes the characteristics of home care and its different forms, its benefit for the client, family and society. The range of people who can receive the service and the importance of the role of the social worker are specified. Emphasis is placed on the connection with theories, methods and techniques of social work, and a person-centred approach based on the therapeutic paradigm that has been chosen as appropriate for working with the target group. For the work with the family, a systemic approach has been chosen in this work, focusing on to supporting and providing psychosocial assistance to individual members of the family system. In terms of the counselling approach, the importance of professional social counselling, bereavement counselling, family rehabilitation and case management were mentioned. Thesis also addresses the ethical perspective, social policy, financing of home health nursing and palliative care and the most important areas of legislation. It includes is the elaboration of a needs analysis, which can serve as a basis for the establishment of a new service Home nursing and palliative care under the Charity Moravská Třebová, operating in the region of Moravskotřebovsko and Jevíčsko. The service is not available in all areas of the Czech Republic, which appears to be a society-wide problem that needs to be addressed.
