Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem mezi seniory a informačními technologiemi. Cílem této práce je vytvořit nástroj v podobě dotazníku, který by měl zjišťovat jaké jsou názory a potřeby seniorů žijících v pobytových službách v oblasti informačních a komunikačních technologií. Bakalářská práce má charakter teoreticko-aplikační práce. V teoretické části popisuji pojem senior, aktivní stáří a pobytové služby pro seniory. Zaměřuji se tedy na období stáří a stárnutí a na možnosti a charakteristiku pobytových služeb pro seniory. Na tyto kapitoly navazuji definováním vztahu senior a technologie a vazbou při jejich používání a uvedu překážky, výhody a nevýhody v jejich používání ve vztahu k seniorům. Teoretickou část završuji tématem celoživotní učení seniorů s podkapitolou vzdělávání seniorů, jež udává rozmanité směry seberealizace v rámci informačních a komunikačních technologií v seniorském věku. Aplikační část je zpracovaná návrhem metody kvantitativního výzkumu, a to realizací pilotáže. K jejímu zpracování používám dotazník jako nástroj pro sběr dat a oslovuji respondenty z pobytové služby Komunitní dům seniorů - Bartovice.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the relationship between seniors and information technology. The aim is to create a tool in the form of a questionnaire to identify the views and needs of seniors living in residential services for the elderly in information and communication technology. The Bachelor thesis has the character of theoretical-application work. In the theoretical part, I describe the concept of seniority, active seniority, and the concept of residential service for the elderly. Therefore, I focus on the period of senescence and the possibilities and characteristics of residential services for the elderly. I build upon these chapters by defining the relationship between elders and technology and the connections established during its usage. I also specify the obstacles, advantages, and disadvantages in its usage in relation to the elderly. I enclose the theoretical part by presenting the topic of life-long learning of seniors with a subchapter of education of seniors, which sets out the diverse directions of self-realization within informational and communicational technologies in the elder age. The application part is processed by the method of quantitative research, by the implementation of pilotaget. For its implementation I am using questionnaire, I will use the questionnaire as a data collection tool and I reach out to respondents from the residential service Komunitní dům seniorů - Bartovice.
