Debt crisis of the Eurozone countries and its influence to the government funds of the Eurozone countries.

Abstract:

Debt crisis of the Eurozone countries and its influence to the government funds of the Eurozone countries. The aim of the diploma thesis is to estimate the development of debt crisis of the Eurozone countries and its influence on the stability of public finance, microeconomic disbalance, deficit, government debt and their influence on the government bonds of the Eurozone countries. Next we are concentrated on the managing of debt and liquidity in Slovakia that is administrated with the Ardal agency and what impact the steps, suggestions, plans and solutions and realized programmes had as the source of helpness to the debt countries of Eurozone that endagered the stability of common currency. The thesis is devided into three main chapters. The first chapter is aimed at the theoretical defining of the terms: debt crisis, public finance, macroeconomic disbalance, deficit, public debt, government funds of the Eurozone countries and managing of finance risks of the state debt. The second chapters is aimed at the definition and the classification of bonds, the government bonds and the institutional organizations which deal with public debt as well. We devote to the administration of public debt that is administratived with the Ardal agency. The third chapter deals with analysing of the received datas about the disbalance of public finance, deficit, public debt and their influence on the development of government bonds of the selected Eurozone countries. Next, we are aimed at measures, suggestions, programmes and the reasons of the debt crisis in the Eurozone countries.

Abstract:

Dlhová kríza krajín eurozóny a jej vplyv na vládne dlhopisy krajín eurozóny . Cieľom diplomovej práce je zhodnotiť vývoj dlhovej krízy krajín eurozóny a jej vplyv na stabilitu verejných financií, makroekonomických nerovnováh, deficitu , vládneho dlhu a ich vplyv na vládne dlhopisy krajín eurozóny. Ďalej sa zameriavame na riadenie dlhu a likvidity v Slovenskej republike, ktorý spravuje agentúra Ardal, a aký dopad mali opatrenia, návrhy, plány, rozhodnutia a spustené programy, ako zdroj pomoci zadlženým krajinám eurozóny, ktoré ohrozovali stabilitu spoločnej meny. Práca je rozdelená do troch hlavných kapitol. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na teoretické vymedzenie pojmu dlhová kríza, verejné financie, makroekonomická nerovnováha deficit, verejný dlh a vládne dlhopisy krajín eurozóny a riadenie finančných rizík štátneho dlhu. Druhá kapitola je zameraná na charakteristiku, členenie dlhopisov , vládne dlhopisy a tiež aj na inštitucionálne organizácie zaoberajúce sa verejným dlhom. Venujeme sa aj správe verejného dlhu, ktorý spravuje agentúra Ardal. Tretia kapitola sa zaoberá vyhodnotením získaných údajov o nerovnováhe verejných financií, o deficite, o verejnom dlhu a ich vplyv na vývoj vládnych dlhopisov vybraných krajín eurozóny. Ďalej sa zameriavame na opatrenia, návrhy, programy a príčiny dlhovej krízy krajín eurozóny.
