The influence of financial policy by joint-stock company on stock price
Abstract:
Diplomová práce pojednává o vlivu dividendové politiky a kapitálové struktury společností na kurz jejich akcií. V práci jsou charakterizovány dividendové tituly pěti vybraných akcií obchodovaných na Burze cenných papírů Praha a.s. Práce obsahuje korelační analýzu vlivu výše dividend a zadluženosti na závěrečný a průměrný kurz akcie vybraných společností a následné zhodnocení.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis discusses about the impact of dividend policy and capital structure of the company on their stock prices. There is characterized selected five dividend stocks traded on the Prague Stock Exchange in the work. The work includes correlation analysis of the impact the amount of dividend and debt at closing and average stock price of selected companies and the subsequent evaluation.
