Anotace Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na prevenci syndromu vyhoření u zdravotních sester pečujících o umírající seniory v sociálním zařízení, konkrétně v domově pro seniory. Cílem práce je zmapovat situaci v domově pro seniory a zjistit, jestli se pracovníci tohoto zařízení potýkají se syndromem vyhoření. Anotation Bachelor thesis focuses on the prevention of burnout syndrome of nurses caring after dying seniors in a social facility, specifically in retirement home. The aim of the thesis is to map the situation in retirement home and to find out if the workers of this facility are facing burnout syndrome.
