Abstract:
Cieľom práce je zmapovať problematiku krízového riadenia v Českej republike. Následne popísať a analyzovať agilné prístupy a metódy používané v projektovom riadení a pri vývoji softwaru. Na základe tejto analýzy zhodnotiť, ktoré agilné metódy je možné použiť v rámci krízového riadenia. Výsledkom práce bude metodika popisujúca agilné riešenie krízových situácii.
