Proposal for the Implementation of Diversity and Inclusion Project in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je připravit návrh projektu implementace diverzity a in-kluze ve vybrané společnosti, který povede k budoucímu společenskému i ekonomickému přínosu, na základě vyhodnocení současného stavu politiky diverzity a inkluze v kontextu řízení společenské odpovědnosti firem ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části byly zpracovány literární rešerše týkající se společenské odpovědnosti firem, udržitelného roz-voje, diverzity a inkluze včetně jejich rozměrů a řízení. V praktické části byla představena vybraná společnost a pomocí kvalitativní analýzy dokumentů, analýzy dat, řízeného roz-hovoru, dotazníků a SWOT analýzy, byl zjištěn současný stav v oblasti společenské odpo-vědnosti firem a jejích současných i budoucích potřeb. Byl představen návrh implementace projektu diverzity a inkluze spolu s možnostmi sledování kvalitativních a kvantitativních ukazatelů jeho vývoje a přínosu.

Abstract:

The main goal of the thesis is to prepare a project proposal for the implementation of di-versity and inclusion in the selected company, which will lead to future social and eco-nomic benefits, based on evaluation of the current state of diversity and inclusion policy in the context of corporate social responsibility management in the selected company. In the theoretical part, literary searches were processed concerning corporate social responsibil-ity, sustainable development, diversity and inclusion, including their dimensions and man-agement. In the practical part, the selected company was introduced and with the help of qualitative analysis of documents, data analysis, guided interview, questionnaires and SWOT analysis, the current state of corporate social responsibility and its current and fu-ture needs was determined. A proposal for the implementation of the diversity and inclu-sion project was presented, together with the possibilities of monitoring qualitative and quantitative indicators of its development and contribution.
