Abstract:
Práce se zabývá podnikovou kulturou jako jedním z nejdůležitějších faktorů, který je utvářen a značně ovlivněn personálním managementem. Podniková kultura napomáhá porozumět vztahům jak uvnitř společnosti, tak i směrem navenek. V této práci se zaměřím na podnikovou kulturu akciové společnosti RWE Transgas, jejíž hlavními obchodními aktivitami jsou dovoz zemního plynu a obchod se zemním plynem.
Abstract:
The work is coping with corporate culture which is regarded as one of the major factors considerably influenced by personal management. Corporate culture helps to recognize the interaction within and outside a company.
