Anotácia:

Tématem této diplomové práce je zhodnocení úspěšnosti primární emise akcií (IPO) na Burze cenných papírů Praha. Práce obsahuje popis procesu primární emise akcií a hodnotí úspěšnost již proběhlých IPO, a to nejen z pohledu emitentů, ale především investorů, kteří nakupovali akcie jednotlivých společností, které se rozhodly pro IPO na pražské burze.

Abstract:

The theme of this Diploma Thesis is to evaluate the success of the Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Prague Stock Exchange. The Thesis contains description of the process of the Initial Public Offering and evaluates the success of the IPO that have already come true, not only from the issuers point of view but especially from the viewpoint of the investors who bought shares of the individual companies that decided for the IPO on the Prague Stock Exchange.
