Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zaměstnáváním osob se zdravotním postižením v okrese Děčín. Cílem je skrze kvalitativního výzkum odhalit hlavní překážky a omezení, se kterými se tito jedinci setkávají během procesu hledání práce. his bachelor thesis deals with the employment of persons with disabilities in the Děčín district. The goal is to reveal the main obstacles and limitations these individuals face during the job search process through qualitative research.
