Proces mezinárodního osvojení

The Process of International Adoption
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá procesem mezinárodního osvojení a s ním spojené problematiky jak na domácí, tak zahraniční půdě. Pomocí metod analýzy a komparace se snaží dospět ke zjištění, zda je současná právní úprava dostačující a efektivní. Práce objasňuje související pojmy a instituty, důkladně analyzuje hlavní mezinárodní předpisy a popisuje proces samotný.
Abstract:
This work deals with the process on transnational adoption and related issues in respect of both local and international grounds. Using the methods of analysis and comparison, it tries to ascertain whether the current legislation is sufficient and effective. The work clarifies associated terms and institutes, thoroughly analyses main international laws and describes the process itself.
