Abstract:
Bakalářská práce pojednává o porozvodové péči o dítě. V teoretické části jsou vylíčeny základní pojmy rodiny, rodičovská odpovědnost a vyživovací povinnost. Práce dále ve druhé kapitole definuje charakteristiku manželství, rozvod a postavení nezletilých dětí v rozvodu, včetně legislativního zakotvení. The bachelor thesis deals with post-divorce child care. The theoretical part describes the basic concepts of family, parental responsibility and maintenance obligations. The work further defines in the second chapter the characteristics of marriage, divorce and the position of minor children in divorce, including the legislative basis.
