Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na naslouchání v pedagogické komunikaci vychovatelů ve školní družině. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se ve třech kapitolách postupně zabývá komunikací, školní družinou a nasloucháním. This bachelor thesis focuses on listening in the context of pedagogical communication of educators in after-school club. The work is divided into theoretical part and empirical part. In three chapters the theoretical part deals successively with communication, after-school club and listening.
