Satisfaction with the Services of Seniors in the Seniors House
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá spokojeností seniorů se službami v domově seniorů. První kapitola je věnována definicím základních pojmů. Druhá kapitola se zabývá charakteristikou spokojenosti. Třetí kapitola popisuje sociální služby určené seniorům, jejich kvalitu a standardy. Ve čtvrté kapitole a současně výzkumné části jsou popsány výsledky šetření.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with the seniors satisfaction about the service in the Senior House. The first chapter is devoted to the basic term definitions. The second chapter presents the characteristic of satisfaction. The third chapter introduces the social service for seniors, their quality and standard.
