Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na mzdové účetnictví v podnikatelském subjektu. Autorka předkládá průběh vzniku pracovního poměru, odměňování, výpočtu a zpracování mzdy, zaměřuje se na povinnosti zaměstnavatele v souvislosti se zaměstnáním. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na mzdy z hlediska mzdových nákladů.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on payroll accounting in the certain company. The authoress presents a process of formation of employment relationship, remuneration, calculation and payroll processing, focuses on employer's duties in relation to employment. The bachelor thesis also deals with wages in terms of labour costs.
