Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou konkurenceschopnosti stavební firmy BERGER BOHEMIA a.s. Zhodnoceny jsou vlivy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, které na podnik působí. Vnější prostředí je analyzováno pomocí Porterova modelu pěti sil, PEST analýzy a analýzy konkurence. This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of competitiveness of the building company BERGER BOHEMIA plc. The impacts of external and internal environments influencing the company are evaluated. The external environment is analysed by Porter’s Five Forces model, PEST analysis and competitive analysis.
