Bakalářská práce sa zabývá analýzou konkurence autoškoly Havran-3 s.r.o. Cílem této práce je návrh řešení problémů autoškoly zjištěných na základě analýzy konkurence. Začátek práce je věnován problematice situační analýzy a výhodám jejího vypracování plynoucích pro podnik.
