Podnikatelský plán a zakládání malého a středního podniku

Business Plan of a small or middle company
Abstract:
Tato práce si klade za cíl podrobněji představit podnikatelský plán založení malého podniku, a to zejména večerního baru. V první části se věnuje teorii malých a středních podniků a vytvoření podnikatelského plánu. V druhé části se věnuje konkrétnímu vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro daný podnik. Na závěr práce zhodnocuje, zda je výhodné podnikatelský záměr uskutečnit.
Abstract:
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to fully analyse the business plan of founding a small enterprise – a bar in the Czech Republic. In the early chapters, the thesis includes the theoretical bases of small and medium enterprises as well as creating a business plan. The second part the thesis uses the theory and creates a business plan for a specific enterprise. In the end, the work is summarising whether …more
