Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje přírodními katastrofami a bezpečnostní komunitou. Mezi přírodními katastrofy patří zemětřesení, tsunami, sněhová kalamita, povodně, sopečná činnost, lesní požáry a sesuv půdy. Popisuje se u nich charakteristika, a jak taková situace vzniká a proč. Mezi bezpečnostní komunitu se řadí Integrovaný záchranný systém a jeho složky, ministerstva, vládu, bezpečnostní radu kraje …more
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is focused on natural disasters and security community. As the natural disasters are classed earthquake, tsunami, snow calamity, flood, volcanicity, forest fire and landslide. The thesis includes their characteristics, how such situation can occur and why. Among security community are classed Integrated Rescue System and its units, executive departments, government, security council …more
