Abstract:
Bakalářská práce Zpeněžení zástavy nemovitosti ve veřejné dražbě nedobrovolné se zabývá praktickými problémy aktuální české legislativy v souvislosti s institutem nedobrovolné veřejné dražby. Autor dále vyzdvihuje přednosti tohoto způsobu zpeněžování zástavy nemovitosti a srovnává jej s ostatními zákonnými postupy, kterých může případný věřitel využít, má-li k předmětu dražby zástavní právo.
Abstract:
The thesis 'Realization of a Pledged Property via Compulsory Public Auction' reads about practical issues of current Czech legislation concerning the institute of a compulsory public auction.
