The goal of this bachelor thesis is to compare cash payments in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Switzerland. The work consists of three main chapters. The first chapter is focused on the characteristics of the payment system and the legislation associated with it. Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je porovnať hotovostný platobný styk v Českej republike, na Slovensku a vo Švajčiarsku. Práca sa skladá z troch hlavných kapitol. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na charakteristiku platobného styku a na právne predpisy s ním spojené.
