Tato diplomová práce se zaobírá problematikou strategické analýzy podniku. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of strategic analysis of the enterprise. Diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part.
