Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce na téma Využití zobrazovacích metod při sportovních úrazech kolenního a ramenního kloubu je složena ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické části. V teoretické části se píše o sportu, historii sportu a vlivu na lidské tělo. Dále je stručně popsána anatomie kolenního a ramenního kloubu. Poté nejčastější sportovní zranění u vybraných kloubů. Dále se zabývá popisem a funkcí zobrazovacích metod využívající se u sportovních zranění. V praktické části jsme kvantitativní a kvalitativní metodou sbírali data. Na začátku jsou vypsány cíle a hypotézy, které jsou zobrazeny v kazuistikách a grafech. Statisticky jsme porovnávali využití magnetické rezonance za 6 let. Hledali jsme nejvíce využívanou metodu u sportovních úrazů kolenního a ramenního kloubu. Je v praktické části popsáno 6 kazuistik zraněných se sportovním úrazem. Dále jsme sledovali, jestli korelují výsledky vyšetření z ultrasonografie a magnetické rezonance u ramenního kloubu.

Abstract:

This thesis about The usage of imaging methods at sports injuries of knee and shoulder joint consists of two parts, toretical and practical part. In the theoretical part it is about sport, the history of sport and influence on the human body. The anatomy of the knee and shoulder joint is briefly described as well as the most common sport injuries in selected joints. It also deals with description and function of imaging methods used in sport injuries. In the practical part, we collected data using a quantitative and qualitative methods. We began by listing the goals and hypotheses that are presented in case reports and graphs. Statistically, we compared the use of magnetic resonance during 6 years. We were looking for the most used method for sport injuries to the knee and shoulder joint. In the practical part, 6 cases of injuried persons with sport injuries are described. We also studied whether the ultrasonography results of the shoulder joint correlatede with the magnetic resonance ressults.
