Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývala syndromem vyhoření sociálních pracovnic v přímé péči s klienty. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit podoby prevence syndromu vyhoření sociálních pracovnic v přímé péči s klienty. V teoretické části jsem čerpala z odborných zdrojů zabývajících se touto problematikou. Abstract:
This bachelor theisis dealt with the burnout syndrome of social workes in direct care with clients. The goal of the bachelorś thesis was to find out the forms of prevention for this kind of burnout. In the theoretical part, I drew from professional sources dealing with this issue. In the empirical part, I foun out how social workes relax and what methods they use against burnout syndrome.
