"Klokánek", or a bit of a different family

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je rozčleněna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zaobírá rodinou, hodnotí její význam v souvislosti s potřebami nezbytnými pro správný psychický a fyzický vývoj dítěte. Dále se zaobírá problematikou ohrožených rodin a dětí, a také podstatou syndromu CAN. Práce následně seznamuje s organizací Fond ohrožených dětí, konkrétně se zařízením Klokánek. Závěr teoretické části srovnává ústavní péči s péčí v Klokánku Praktická část je tvořena pomocí dotazníků, rozhovorů a kazuistiky. Pro empirickou část práce je vytvořen dotazník určený pro pracovníky zařízení. Na základě tohoto dotazníku je zpracován rozhovor orientující se na vztah zaměstnanců a dětí v Klokánku, respektive promítání spokojenosti s prací v tomto zařízení do přístupu ke svěřeným dětem. Součástí je také kazuistika popisují anamnézu a další osud dítěte, které přešlo do péče jedné z pracovnic.

Abstract:

The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with family, evaluate its significance in the context of the needs necessary for proper mental and physical development of the child. Further it deals with problems of vulnerable families and children, and also it deals with the essence of the CAN syndrome. The thesis then introduces the organization Fond ohrožených dětí (Fund for Children), specifically the Klokánek Foudantion. The conclusion of the theoretical part compares the state institutional care to the care in this institution. The practical part is carried out by means of questionnaires, interviews and case studies. For the empirical part is designed a questionnaire for the staff of the facility. On the basis of this questionnaire is prepared interview focusing on the relationship between staff and children in this institution, or showing the work satisfaction in this device to the attitude to the children. Also included is a case study describing the history and the fate of a child, which was transferred to the care of one of the workers.
