Tématem této diplomové práce je vazba, práce je rozdělena do 7 hlavních kapitol. Tato práce obsahuje dvě části z nichž 2. část se zaobírá částí výzkumnou. The topic of this thesis is detention, the thesis is divided into 7 main chapters. This thesis contains two parts of which part 2 deals with the research part. The theoretical part deals with a comprehensive analysis of detention using case law, its history, material and formal detention law, detention as ultima ratio and also juvenile detention.
