Application of Andragogy in Multicultural Education on Adult Learning Professions

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci jsou v teoretické části vysvětleny základní pojmy a problematika týkající se oblasti multikulturní výchovy, profesního vzdělávání dospělých, možnosti využití multikulturní výchovy v rámci profesí a témat týkající se multikulturní osvěty. V praktické části je výzkum zaměřen na otázky týkající se postojů respondentů k multikulturní výchově a vzdělávání v profesním vzdělávání dospělých. Zjištěné výsledky jsou logicky seřazeny a prezentovány pomocí tabulek a grafů. V rámci výzkumu jsou pak zjištěná data interpretována.

Abstract:

The theoretical part of this bachelor thesis contains explanation of basic terms and the issue of multicultural education, vocational education of adults, possibility of using multicultural education in professions and topics related to multicultural education. In the practical part of the study, the research is focused on issues related to the attitudes of respondents to multicultural education in vocational training of adults. The results are logically sorted and presented in tables and graphs and obtained data is then interpreted.
