Společný rovnoprávný dialog mezi odbory a zaměstnavatelem je důležitým faktorem stability společnosti. Common equal dialogue between the trade unions and an employer is an important factor of the stable society. The information acknowledged on the basis of this dialogue must be brought to employees as well.
