Influence of Parenting on the Work Environment: Parallels between Parenting and Leadership in the Workplace
Abstract:
Tato práce zkoumá vztah mezi stylem rodičovství a chováním manažerů v pracovním prostředí. Analyzuje, zda způsob výchovy ovlivňuje chování manažerů vůči svým podřízeným. Výstupem je porovnání vlivu rodičovského stylu na způsob, jakým manažeři vedou své podřízené.
Abstract:
This research investigates how parenting styles relate to managerial behavior in the workplace. It explores whether the way individuals are raised influences how managers interact with their subordinates. The study compares the effect of parenting approaches on managerial leadership styles.
