Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu psychického stavu Flow a jeho spojitosti s pracovním naplněním. První, teoretická část, představuje pojem a popisuje jeho prvky. Dále se zaměřuje na charakteristické rysy autotelických osobností, vliv Flow na pracovní spokojenost a znaky podporujícího prostředí. Na základě teoretických poznatků je zpracován empirický výzkum formou dotazníkového šetření. Jeho výsledky jsou představeny v druhé části práce, která se zaměřuje na stav Flow mezi studenty Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze. Získaná data jsou podrobena analýze a vyhodnocena. Na závěr jsou stanoveny návrhy a doporučení k individuálnímu rozvoji i zlepšení vnějších podmínek.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the theme of mental state Flow and its connection with fulfillment at work. The first, theoretical part, introduces and explains the concept and describes its elements. It also focuses on features of autotelic personalities, the influence of Flow on job satisfaction and the characteristics of supportive environment. On the basis of the theoretical knowledge is carried out an empirical research in form of questionnaire survey. Its results are presented in the second part of thesis, which focuses on flow state among students at the University of Economics in Prague. Obtained data is analyzed and evaluated. In the end of the thesis proposals and recommendations for individual development and improvement of external conditions are set out.
