Comparison of classical and transitional foster care

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Porovnání klasické a přechodné pěstounské péče je zaměřena na představení a následné srovnání těchto dvou institutů náhradní rodinné péče. Cílem je analýza pěstounské péče klasické a pěstounské péče na dobu přechodnou a jejich srovnání z hlediska ekonomického zabezpečení pěstounů ze strany státu. Kromě toho má práce může sloužit taktéž jako ucelený text přibližující problematiku sociálního zabezpečení pěstounů ze strany státu samotným pěstounům, případně lidem, kteří zvažují, že se jimi stanou. V teoretické části je pěstounská péče zasazena do kontextu ostatních typů náhradní rodinné péče, dále je mapována z hlediska její historie a zákonného ukotvení v právním řádu České republiky. Praktická část se věnuje analýze příspěvků a dávek pěstounské péče a výpočtům, které srovnávají pěstounskou péči klasickou s pěstounskou péčí na dobu přechodnou.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis Comparison of classical and temporary foster care focuses on the introduction and subsequent comparison of these two substitute family care institutions. The aim is to analyze classical foster care and foster care for the transitional period and their comparison from the point of view of the state's economic support of foster parents. In addition, my work can also serve as a comprehensive text outlining the issue of social security of foster parents for foster parents themselves, or for people who are considering becoming foster parents. In the theoretical part, foster care is set in the context of other types of substitute family care, it is also mapped in terms of its history and law anchoring in the legal system of the Czech Republic. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of contributions and benefits of foster care and calculations that compare classical foster care with foster care for transitional period.
