The Reverse Charge and its Application in the Selected Company

Abstract:

Tato bakalářské práce se zabývá aplikací režimu přenesení daňové povinnosti ve společnosti XYZ, s. r.o. Jejím cílem je zhodnocení dopadu výše uvedeného režimu na tuto společnost. V teoretické části je nejprve uvedena stručná charakteristika daně z přidané hodnoty a dále je již práce přímo zaměřena na popis režimu přenesení daňové povinnosti. Poslední bod teoretické části se zabývá problematikou kontrolního hlášení. Praktická část obsahuje představení společnosti a stručnou analýzu odvětví, do kterého spadá. Následně se již zabývá samotnou analýzou současného stavu ve firmě v oblasti režimu přenesení daňové povinnosti. Je zde uvedeno i několik příkladů uskutečněných a při-jatých zdanitelných plnění, dále je zpracována metodika pro správné zaúčtování faktur v režimu přenesení daňové povinnosti včetně doporučení. Na závěr je provedeno zhodnocení dopadů tohoto režimu na společnost XYZ, s. r.o.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the application of the reverse charge regime at the company XYZ, s. r. o. Its purpose is to assess the impact of the above mentioned regime on this company. In the theoretical part, there is a brief description of the value added tax and subsequently the work is focused directly on the description of the reverse charge regime. The last point of the theoretical part deals with the issue of control report. The practical part includes a company presentation and a brief analysis of the sector to which it belongs. Further, it deals with the actual analysis of the current situation in the company in the field of reverse taxation. In this part, there are also some examples of realized and accepted taxable transactions, and a methodology for correct invoicing of the invoices under the reverse charge procedure, including recommendations. Finally, an assessment of the impact of this regime on the company XYZ, s. r. o. is made.
