The need for social facilities in the administrative district of ORP Náchod

Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapování sociálních zařízení pro seniory a osoby s tělesným postižením v SO ORP Náchod. V kvalifikační práci bude provedeno porovnání stávajících zařízení s potřebami těchto zařízení v daných částech SO ORP Náchod a vytvořeno doporučení zainteresovaným subjektům při strategickém rozvoji v této oblasti. V teoretické části bude popsána územní působnost, typy sociálních zařízení, okruh konečných uživatelů zmíněných sociálních zařízení a skupiny respondentů, se kterými bude provedeno dotazníkové šetření v praktické části bakalářské práce. V praktické části se pak bude pracovat s vyhodnocením dotazníkového šetření, s cílem zjistit, o jaká sociální zařízení je zájem v jednotlivých částech SO ORP Náchod a v jaké fázi rozpracovanosti je rozvoj sociálních zařízení v těchto částech sledovaného území. Výsledkem pak budou přehledné informace o stávajících zařízeních použitelné jak pro samotné zástupce z řad pečujícího personálu, vedení obcí a jejich příslušných odborů, tak i pro vedení ORP Náchod. Dále ze zjištěných dat bude moci čerpat informace Královéhradecký kraji, který zajišťuje strategický rozvoj v sociální oblasti formou střednědobého plánu sociálních služeb.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is mapping of social facilities for seniors and persons with physical disabilities in SO ORP Náchod. In the qualification work, a comparison of existing facilities with the needs of these facilities in given parts of SO ORP Náchod, will be made and recommendations will be made to the interested entities in strategic development in this area. The theoretical part will describe a territorial scope, types of social facilities, a range of final users of the aforementioned social facilities and groups of respondents with whom a questionnaire survey will be conducted in the practical part of the bachelor's thesis. In the practical part, work will be done with the evaluation of the questionnaire survey, with the aim of finding out what social facilities are interested in individual parts of the SO ORP Náchod and at what stage of development is the development of social facilities in these parts of the monitored territory. The result will be clear information about existing facilities that can be used both by the representatives of the nursing staff, the management of municipalities and their respective departments and also by the management of ORP Náchod. Furthermore, Hradec Králové region, which ensures strategic development in the social area in the form of a medium-term plan for social services, will be able to draw information from the data obtained.
