Mountain Rescue Service of the Czech Republic as part of an Integrated Rescue System

Abstract:

Práce pojednává o horské službě jako obecně prospěšné společnosti, ale také o horské službě v podobě zapsaného spolku. Cílem této práce je zmapovat zejména současný stav horské služby a způsoby financování obou subjektů a na příkladu Jesenicka ukázat vývoj výkonnosti této složky. Práce se zaměřuje nejen na posouzení rozdílů ve financování mezi horskou službou zřízenou Ministerstvem pro místní rozvoj a horskou službou dobrovolnickou, ale také na porovnání rozlohy a zásahů horské služby na území Jesenicka. Ve financování obou subjektů horských služeb byly shledány odlišnosti a podíl zásahů horské služby Jesenicka nekoresponduje s podílem rozlohy Jeseníků.

Abstract:

The work deals with mountain rescue service as a community service, but also with mountain service in the form of a registered association. The aim of this work is to map in specifically the current state of both organisation and ways of financing the mountain rescue service and in the example of Jesenicko to show the evolution of the performance of this component. The work focuses not only on the differences in financing between the Mountain Rescue Service established by Ministry of Local Development and the Mountain Rescue volunteers, but also to compare the area and interventions mountain rescue service on the territory of the Jeseníky mountains. Differences were found in funding of the both entities of mountain rescue services and the share of interventions of the Jeseníky mountain rescue service does not correspond to the share of the area of Jeseníky.
