Hlavním úkolem této bakalářské práce je pojednání o expresi kmenovostních markerů v kontextu buněčného cyklu. Zkoumány byly hlavně souvislosti mezi expresí proteinů regulujících buněčný cyklus a expresí kmenovostních markerů. Abstract:
The main goal of this thesis is the expression of stem markers regarding the regulation of the cell cycle. Especially was studied the correlation between the expression of stem markers and proteins which regulate cell cycle.
