Diplomová práce na téma Nástroje v boji s podvody na DPH se zabývá problematikou podvodů na DPH a legislativních nástrojů, které slouží k jejich potírání. V úvodní části práce je stručně představen systém DPH v ČR a vymezen pojem podvod na DPH.
