Občanský sektor zaujímá pomyslný prostor mezi trhem a státem, jeho rozvoj je ovlivňován společenskými podmínkami. Civil sector covers the imaginary space between the market and the state, its development is influenced by social conditions. Non-profit organizations offer such kind of social assistance, which the state or the market does not provide to a necessary extent.
