Diplomová práca sa skladá z teoretickej a praktickej časti. V teoretickej časti sú charakterizované bankové produkty pre segment malých a stredných podnikov, význam segmentácie v rámci klientely banky a analýza vzťahov medzi bankami a klientmi.
