Social Workers' Involvement in Elderly Care Homes
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením úrovně angažovanosti sociálních pracovníků v domovech pro seniory. V teoretické části je vymezena profese sociálního pracovníka, angažovanosti a péče o seniory. Praktická část zahrnuje kvantitativní výzkum vnímání angažovanosti u sociálních pracovníků prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the evaluation of the level of engagement of social workers in elderly care homes. The theoretical part defines the profession of social worker, engagement and care for the elderly. The practical part includes quantitative research on the perception of engagement in social workers through a questionnaire survey.
