Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce na téma "Podnikání malých a středních firem v regionálním cestovním ruchu" je analyzovat podmínky podnikání v Libereckém kraji. První kapitola obsahuje teoretický úvod do problematiky drobného podnikání včetně jeho základních rysů, výhod a nevýhod. Druhá kapitola se zabývá definicí důležitých pojmů v cestovním ruchu, jeho vývojem, zhodnocením současné situace v ČR, legislativní úpravou a řízením z pohledu veřejné správy. V další kapitole jsou stanovena specifika cestovního ruchu v Libereckém kraji a jejich vliv na podnikatelské prostředí. Součástí je také rozdělení Libereckého kraje na turistické regiony. Empirická část se věnuje dotazníkovému šetření, na základě kterého jsou zjištěny podmínky drobného podnikání v regionálním cestovním ruchu z pohledu podnikatelských subjektů.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis on the topic of "Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Regional Tourism" is to analyse the conditions of business in the Liberec region. The first chapter provides a theoretical introduction to the field of small business, including its basic features, advantages and disadvantages. The second chapter deals with the definition of important terms and concepts in tourism, its development, evaluation of the current situation in the Czech Republic, legislative regulation and management from the perspective of public administration. The next chapter sets out the specifics of tourism in the Liberec region and their impact on the business environment. Also, it includes a division of the Liberec region into individual tourist regions. The empirical part focuses on questionnaire survey. It identified the conditions of small-sized businesses operations in regional tourism from the perspective of business entities.
