Tématem diplomové práce je kvalifikace pracovníků v sociálních službách ve vybraných zařízeních. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit jakým stupněm vzdělání disponují a jak ovlivňuje vzdělání pracovníků v sociálních službách schopnost s klientem individuálně plánovat.
