Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na tři vybrané snímky nizozemské filmařky Marleen Gorrisové (Ticho kolem Christine M., Antonia, Paní Dallowayová). V textu je zkoumán způsob, jakým jsou hrdinky daných filmů zobrazovány, jak je načrtnut jejich vztah k patriarchální společnosti, v níž žijí, a jaké jsou formy jejich případné rezistence proti daným společenským uspořádáním. The master’s thesis focuses on three selected films by a Dutch filmmaker Marleen Gorris (A Question of Silence [De stilte rond Christine M.], Antonia, and Mrs. Dalloway). The text examines the way the film female characters are depicted, their relationship to the patriarchal society they live in and the forms of their possible resistance to a given social order.
