Abstract:
Ve své bakalářské práci se zabývám supervizí pracovníků v domově pro seniory. Cílem mé práce je analýza procesu supervize pracovníků v organizaci a následné navržení optimálního modelu supervize v tomto zařízení. This bachelor thesis deals with the supervision of employees in the retirement house. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the process of supervision in the organization and then proposing an optimal model of supervision in the facility.
