Abstract:

Diplomová práce je rozdělena na 2 hlavní části: Teoretickou a praktickou. Cílem teoretickéčásti bylo popsat problematiku financování malých a středních firem a dále zhodnotit crowdfunding jako jednu z možných metod financování rozvoje společností. Praktická část zkoumá dvě konkrétní úspěšné kampaně odměnového crowdfundingu z oblasti sportu. Získané poznatky následně posloužily jako opora pro návrh bodů kampaně crowdfundingu pro konkrétní společnost podnikající v sektoru fitness.

Abstract:

Thesis is divided into 2 main parts: Theoretical and practical. Main goal of the theoretical part was to describe problematics of financing small and medium enterprises and further evaluate crowdfunding as one of the options for financing businesses development. The practical part examines two specific and successful campaigns of reward-based crowdfunding from sport industry. Gained insights were used to suggest key points for crowdfunding campaign of specific company operating within a fitness industry.
