Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce jsou obchodní vztahy mezi Evropskou unií a Ruskou federací. Uplynulé skutečnosti, od přerušení ruských dodávek ropy až po konflikt v souvislosti s Gruzií, způsobily mezi těmito ekonomickými a politickými útvary značné napětí. Cílem předložené práce je tedy analyzovat vývoj obchodních vztahů Evropské unie a Ruska, včetně promítnutí názorových i jiných konfliktů do těchto vztahů, a následně posoudit, zda tento vývoj přispívá k rozšiřování či úpadku vzájemné spolupráce. První kapitola nám nastíní pozadí výchozí i současné pozice EU a Ruska a následně bude analyzovat vývoj bilaterálních obchodních vztahů. Druhá kapitola bude pojednávat o formální úpravě vztahů v určeném období a v poslední kapitole budou rozebrány nejvýraznější problémy ekonomické spolupráce mezi Unií a Ruskem.

Abstract:

The theme of the Bachelor thesis is concerned with trade relations between the European Union and Russian Federation. The past events, from the Russian oil pipeline interruption to Europe to the conflict about Georgia, caused considerable tension between these economic and political systems. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the development of trade relations between the EU and Russia, including the reflection of ideological and other conflicts in these relationships and then to assess whether the development contributes to the expansion or decline of cooperation. The first chapter outlines the background of the baseline and the current position of the EU and Russia and then analyzes the development of bilateral trade relations. The second chapter deals with institutional framework of relations and the last chapter is focused on the most significant problems of economic cooperation between the EU and Russia.
